How do I access the programme?

This is a self-study course that you have lifetime access to and can do at your own pace.

How much time do I need?

Each of the 6 video modules is about 30 minutes long, with another hour per week of exercises. You can listen to the module like a podcast if it's easier.

Hypnotherapy recordings can be listened to 3-4 times a week and take 20-25 minutes each.

These can be listened to while drifting off to sleep.

Is there a guarantee?

No one can guarantee results, but in my experience working with people, those who show up get results. Trust the process and show up - I'll be with you every step of the way. If after the first session you decide it's not for you, you can ask for a refund and leave the programme.
